How to Get a Dog License
Silver Plume dogs are asked to get a license for their owners. A current rabies vaccination certificate is required. As a dog owner, you are responsible to know and follow state and local laws concerning the ownership of animals. Ask Town Clerk for a copy of these laws and regulations.
DOGS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ON A LEASH.
$5.00 for spayed or neutered dogs. $15.00 if the dog is not spayed or neutered. And please provide proof of rabies vaccination and a picture of your dog (if you like), so we can contact you if necessary. You can come by Town Hall during business hours, or email the town clerk to have your licensed sent to you this way.
