Esteemed Residents of Silver Plume,
As many of you may have noticed, water and sewer bills were not sent out for the month of April. This is due in large part to a much-needed upgrade of software at Town Hall, including upgrading the software responsible for water and sewer billing.
During the Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees on April 6th, 2023, the Silver Plume Mayor and Board of Trustees discussed the importance of upgrading this specific software, and recognized the effect this upgrade may have on Silver Plume Residents. The Board of Trustees voted to defer water and sewer bills for the month of April and will send out April and May water and sewer bills together next month.
If you would like to make an estimated payment for your account, this is acceptable as well. You may make electronic payments online through the secure SIPA portal on the town website, www.silverplumetown.com. Residents are welcome to make an in-person payment also. Please visit the Town Hall to do so.
